Finally

So, after a crazy couple months I finally feel like I have time to post something, but it's always these posts that I dread doing cause I have way too much to catch up on. This might just have to be a couple of sequels cause it would be way too long.
First off........FLORIDA!!!!

Aaron's grandparents have a home in Florida, so we've been lucky enough to go down there twice with Aaron's family. Since there's so many of us we rent out a house with a pool for the week and parte! Seriously we were livin the life I love....pool, beach, and family perfect combination. Plus it was so refreshing to have so much color all around, it was so lush which is exactly what AZ lacks. I'm having to get used to this look all over again and find the beauty in it.

This was the view from the back of the rental house, it was just so picturess, some days I'd wake up and look outside and think I was still dreaming cause it was just too perfect looking. Then you throw 2 of my beauties in front of it and wow! love it!

It was so fun to bring the girls to the beach since really the only one who's been there is Maile for the first 3 months of her life. They loved it the first night we went and a few other times, but one of the really hot days we tried going and now I can actually say yes I've had a bad day at the beach, I didn't think that was possible, but going with 3 little girls lacking sleep in the middle of a ridiculously hot day to a crowded beach with only 3 adults and 5 children under 3 turned bad fast and we didn't last long. The ocean water in Florida is so warm it isn't even refreshing so after dripping sweat carrying the car seat, bags, and Emmy from the parking lot, across the hot sand left me dripping with sweat so I run into the ocean only to find myself swimming in a warm bath tub, ahh!

But despite that experience there were many good beach moments during the week to still leave me with an obsesion with the beach, it is a little bit of heaven that I wish I could live in every day as long as they weren't like that day. It also made me miss our days in Hawaii of playing football, volleyball, surfing, and playing in the waves. With kids it is a whole new experience, but besides that day it was so fun in a different way, I loved watching them discover this new place and all it has to offer. Finding sea shells, playing in the crashing waves, building sand castles, tasting the salty water (not thier favorite thing, but funny to see thier first reactions to salty water), finding all kinds of sea creatures, it was just so fun to introduce them to one of my favorite places in the whole wide world. I just wish we had a photographer to follow us around while we play cause I always forget to capture these moments.

Aaron's mom made these adorable dresses and skirts for all the granddaughters , so what better place to take pictures with them than at the beach. These pictures did have such potential but on a hot day these were the best we could get.

Most of all it was just great hanging out with family. We sure miss living close bye. The girls loved being with their cousins and grandparents. We had a great time!

Ah! You were in Florida?! Where? We're in Tampa now. It looks like you went somewhere south, especially if the water was that warm.

Great pictures!
